Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic. Eyeconic Society is an authorised retailer are all entirely genuine and purchased directly from the brand manufacturer.
Do i receive a warranty with my purchase?
Yes you do. All designer frames come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. This covers repairs for any defect by faulty material or poor manufacturing. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakages.
Proof of purchase will be required for any faults. Please note we may ask for some images of the defects before requesting the item to be returned.
What do i receive with my eyewear?
We will always include all materials provided by the brand. Some brands only include a case where as some provide a case, cloth and other material.

What is my PD (Pupillary Distance) & How can i measure it?
Your PD is the distance from your pupils in millimetres. This determines where your prescription is centred for your lenses in optical frames. You can learn how to measure this by reading our helpful guide here
Can i order frame only?
Yes, of course! On optical frames there is an option for "Do you require prescription lenses?" Just click "no" and add to basket.
I can't see the style i'd like, can you order it?
Yes, we can! If we stock the brand, we can order any of the styles available. Please email us a picture of the frame of the model number with the colour you'd like to hello@eyeconicsociety,co.uk.
This does not include some of our sale or discontinued brands.
How long do prescription orders take to arrive?
Depending on how complex your prescription is, we aim to dispatch all single vision prescription orders within 5-7 working days from point of order. Some Varifocal lenses may take up to 10 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Non prescription are dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders over £100 are sent 1st class signed for which aims for delivery within 1-3 working days.
Orders under £100 are sent 2nd class signed for which for delivery within 3-5 working days.
Do you ship internationally & Which courier do you use?
Yes we do, please click see our delivery information. We use Royal Mail in the UK to post our international orders, who then pass the parcel on your countries local postal service. If you do not wish to use your local postal service please contact us so we can find an alternative courier.
How long do i have to return my item(s)?
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us within the 14 days to request a return. You can read our returns policy here
Do you have a store i can visit?
We do not have a store but we always welcome customers to visit us at our offices in Durham, UK. Visiting us directly allows you to see how we work and where your glasses or sunglasses are from. And of course try on as many pairs as you like!
