UK & Northern Ireland

FREE delivery Royal Mail 1st Class signed for within 1-3 working days for orders over £100. Orders under £100 will be sent 2nd Class signed for. All delivery times quoted are an average given by Royal Mail - occasionally delivery time may vary due to local delivery systems and conditions.

£6.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day delivery, order by 3pm for next day delivery Monday to Thursday.

£12.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day delivery on Saturday, order by 3pm Friday for Saturday delivery.

Next day delivery is not available on prescription orders.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not in a missed delivery card will be left. You should follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect from your local Post Office.

For certain frames and some lens requirements, delivery can take up to 14 working days from the point of order but we will contact you to notify you with updates and an approximate delivery date.

Europe

Royal Mail International Track & Signed is a combination service offering you full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and online delivery confirmation. Royal Mail use trusted delivery partners in your country or your local postal service

International

£16.95 up to 7 working days

Normally import duties and taxes are not applied, however please note that some charges may be applied to some orders when it reaches your destination. Unfortunately this charge must be paid as your countries custom policy. We have no control over any customs charges that may apply. If you have any questions regarding customs tax then please contact your local customs office.

Returns Policy

WE ARE PROUD TO HAVE A NO QUIBBLE EASY RETURNS SERVICE.

If you are not happy with your frames please contact us to let us know you would like to return or exchange your item.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items reach us in original condition including all accessories, cases, cloths etc.

If you notice any damages please report within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Only the full amount of the frame will be refunded. Exclusions apply to additional lenses cost. Free 1.5 standard single vision lenses are valued at £30 - if prescription orders that included free lenses are returned, a minimum of £30 will be deducted from your refund.

Please be aware that all orders are checked before they are shipped for any frame damages, once they are dispatched any damages due to wear and tear or mistreatment (e.g scratches) is not the responsibility of Retrospex UK LTD.

All frames are guaranteed by manufacturer's warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in products associated with normal wearing conditions. Accidental breakage, abuse or loss are not covered by this warranty.

UK Returns

Returns within the UK will receive a prepaid label but £3 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return. Once you have contacted us we will email you a pre-paid returns label along with instructions.

You have 14 days of original dispatch date (30 days for varifocals) for a full refund or exchange.

You will receive an email to inform you that your parcel has been received and that your refund is being processed.

Please allow 5 working days from the day the parcel is received for your refund to be processed.

If the customer chooses to pay for the return rather than receive a prepaid label. The maximum cost that will be reimbursed is £3.82. Please email a copy of your receipt to hello@eyeconicsociety.co.uk with your full name and order number.

Please obtain proof of postage as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post.

If you would like to return a frame to us for fitting of prescription lenses after trying, the cost of the return is paid by the customer. We will however send the frames back to you free of charge.

International Returns

Outside of the UK, returns are at the customer's expense, unless faulty. We recommend they are sent via a tracked service in case your returns get lost. We are not responsible for any lost items.
